Snowed in? NO excuses!

Yes, shoveling snow does burn calories.
You could burn around 400 calories shoveling snow for one hour
if you are working hard. It certainly is a whole body workout.
But  maybe you are not the one picking up the shovel or maybe you are in one of my classes and feel incomplete without your Jana workout.
Below are links to a 16 minute workout. I had to break it up into 2 videos to fit on youtube. Just click on the first link and begin.
You just need a chair and a little floor space (not much).
As always, please be careful and go at your own pace.
If you would like a longer workout, simply repeat.
You may need a youtube account to view (you may not) it is free to set up. If you have any trouble, sign into youtube and search for the email address
contact me if you have trouble viewing.
*if you are new to working out, it is recommended that you consult a physician before trying a new workout program.
Be Well.
