Weather got you down?

Sure, last week ended with a beautiful spring day but today is bleak, cold and rainy. Does your mood seem to match? I’ve got the perfect cure. There is a ton of research out there that shows that exercise can have a positive effect on mood and depression. People who exercise tend to be less depressed and manage stress and anxiety better than people who don’t. Now I am not trying to say that it is going to cure you of ever feeling sad or prevent you from getting the blues now and then. But if you are feeling down, instead of eating ice cream or drinking alcohol or something else that will add needless calories to your day to cheer yourself up – get your butt moving. I know blah blah blah, I think exercise is the solution for everything. Think about it. Especially if you don’t feel up to it or have the energy, you will most likely feel much better if you do something good for your body and help your mind along the way. If you have On Demand – you don’t even have to leave your home. There are lots of free fitness videos always available to you.

So, no excuses. Get moving and be happy 🙂

Be Well.

You are the Excuses Terminator! I swear, I could come up with a list of 100 excuses and you’d annihilate them all, so thanks for keeping me honest!

Wanted to point out that those who stay home could also do your Zumba video:

If you’re taking requests, how ’bout an abs video? 🙂
