A little goes a long way

If you planned to workout but you’ve been held up and now won’t have a whole hour to workout – do you say forget it and not go at all?You are not alone. A lot of us feel that if we don’t have a set amount of time to workout then it’s not worth it. Much energy has been spent on researching how long you should exercise, how often, intensity, etc. I am sure I don’t need to quote these studies to remind you that ANY activity is better than NO activity.

If you don’t have a solid hour or whatever to exercise, make the most of your time and bump up the intensity. Or break up your workout into smaller segments throughout your day.

You can get a great workout in less time than you think.

Here is what I am about to do:

10 burpees       10 jump squats     10 mountain climbers    x 10!

See if you can get through all of those reps. I bet you break a sweat!
