Bonding in our Sisterly Way

Here I am visiting my family and my sister and I decide it is time for a workout. The only piece of equipment we had was a timer. We set the timer for 30 seconds and took turns deciding what exercise we  were going to do. We went back and forth like that until we had a good sweat worked up – about 30 minutes. The workout was full of squats, burpees, jacks, push ups, lunges, abs galore, etc.

Not only did we get a good workout in but it was nice to have some sisterly bonding time. Sure there will be lots of the sitting around, visiting time but try to get in a good, sweaty workout – bonding session with a relative this weekend.
