100 a Day til May! The Challenge Begins…

Join this 3 week challenge to light that fire under your buns to get moving!Day 1 of 100 a Day til May Challenge.

The goal is to do 100 reps of the exercise posted each day for 3 weeks. I will be posting the exercise on Facebook and my blog each day. You can do all 100 reps at once or break it up and do a few sets throughout the day.

It is important to modify when needed so listen to your body and make adjustments where necessary. I will provide some for you.
