100 a Day til May challenge Day 2!

If you think today’s 100 rep challenge looks easy, talk to me after the 100th rep.Kneeling Side Crunch

KneelingSideCrunch

  1. Kneel on the floor and lean all the way over to your right side, placing your right palm on the floor. Keeping your weight balanced, extend your left leg and point your toes. Place your left hand behind your head, pointing your elbow toward the ceiling.
  2. Now, slowly lift your leg to a little above hip height
  3. Lower your leg back to your starting position. This is one rep. Do 99 more and then repeat for 100 reps on the other side.

Remember that you are welcome to spread the reps out throughout the day if you need to. Please modify if needed. For example, if you cannot kneel on one knee as shown or put pressure on your rep you could stand up and lift the leg to the side.
