100 Rep Challenge Day 7!

Today’s challenge…Plank with Leg Press!

I will be posting my video proof of today’s challenge once I get a moment later on but here are pics so you can get started any time.

Elbow-Plank-Donkey-KickYes, 100 reps on EACH leg.

Modification: Kneel down. Place elbows on workout mat. Slowly kick leg in the air. Fully extend leg up as high as you can.
