100 Reps a Day Challenge Day 14!

Squat Thrusts! Read on for modifications…

Squat Thrusts – Begin in a plank position as shown on the right. Jump both feet in as shown in the pic on the left. Jump back out to start position. You can modify by stepping one foot in at a time and back out at a time without jumping or see the other modifications below. Remember that you can break up the reps throughout the day. If you are unable to complete the exercise or modifications you may also run or march in place for 100 reps. Just keep moving!

To modify you can do standing squat jumps or squats.

I will be doing this one, I promise but no time to video tape.
