100 Rep a Day Challenge Day 17!

Calf Raises off of a Step!calf-raise-collage

  1. Stand on a step with your feet half on and allow your heels to drop slightly lower
  2. Contract both calves until you are on the balls of your feet
  3. Sink back down to start position
  4. Complete all 100 reps straight. If you want to try the other variations pictured here go ahead…after you finish your straight 100 😉

Please modify by standing on the floor. Feel free to break up the reps throughout the day.
