Cellulite Be Gone

Cellulite happens but you don’t have to live with it!

As I mentioned in this month’s newsletter, Cellulite happens because of fat cells trapped beneath the skin and underdeveloped muscles. You need to burn body fat and tone your muscles to get rid of it.

Some of the most common areas where cellulite develops is the back of the legs, thighs, buns, back of the arms and stomach.  Here are a few exercises to help you tone muscles and tighten the skin:
